First step Registration:
To obtain a Huacui Art Network account, you only need a mobile phone number or email to complete
the registration.
The second step is to select artworks in two ways:
1. Search for a keyword or artist's name. Find the artwork you want. Place the selected artwork
in the shopping cart so that you do not miss it.
2. Search through Huacui Art Net Art Finder to screen more than 10,000 artworks of Huacui Art
Network based on main colors, styles, categories, and sizes

The third step orders:
Photographed artwork Click "Buy Now" or the shopping cart is settled. You can submit the order.
Please fill in the delivery address before submitting the order. Confirm the shopping
information. Please rest assured that no deduction will be made at this time.
Step 4 Payment:
Huacui Art Network supports WeChat payment and Alipay online payment.
If the amount exceeds the online payment limit, please select the bank transfer method. After
placing the order, please use the online banking or counter transfer to Huacui Art Network. When
remittance, please indicate the order number in the Remarks column. We will confirm with your
phone after receiving the payment notice.
Step 5 Receiving & Evaluation:
Receiving artwork, click on "Confirm receipt" on the Art.com order page. Give an evaluation of
artwork satisfaction. If you encounter problems during the purchase process, you can apply for a
refund.

About return
cancel order
After your order is placed on Huacui Art Network, the order can be canceled if it is not
confirmed. If you have already paid for the order, Hua Cui Art Service will contact you within 1
working day to refund the money. After confirmation, the full amount will be You refund, once
the order confirms this purchase cannot be cancelled.
If you encounter logistics damage
If you find artwork that is damaged after you receive the artwork, you can reject it. Hua Cui
Art Network customer service will contact you within 1 working day. After the artwork is
returned for confirmation, Hua Cui Art Net will issue a full refund (including shipping
charges).
When the customer signs damage after the receipt, Huacui Art Network will no longer accept
replacement. If there is any problem, please contact Huacui Art Network customer service.
The goods are not satisfied with the return
Due to the special products sold by Huacui Art Network, Huacui Art Network does not accept
returns without reason. If the customer has a return request, it must be submitted within 5
working days of receiving the goods. Huacui Art Network will negotiate with the customer
according to the specific conditions. Receive a certain return fee, the cost does not exceed 5%
of the total value of the artwork.
